SWAZILAND — MBABANE - Civic groups in Swaziland launched rolling protests against Zimbabwe’s much loathed dictator, Robert Matibili Mugabe outside a football stadium in which the 84-year-old dictator was drooling over topless girls.

King Mswati III's first daughter, Princess Sikhanyiso, arrives at the Somhlolo Stadium on September 6, 2008 in Lobombo prior to celebrate the 40th anniversary of Swaziland's independence and his father's 40th birthday with dignitaries and Heads of States from Africa.

Placard-waving civic groups were cordoned off from the stadium in the capital, where they were demanding the departure of the veteran dictator from power, and the abolition of the monarchy in their country.

Swaziland has the last absolute monarch in Africa.

The protests were also torched off by the purchase of luxury beamers by Mswati and an extravagant state spending on Mswati’s 13 wives in Dubai.

Protestors clearly stated that Morgan Tsvangirai was the rightful leader of Zimbabwe who won elections in March.

However, Matibili was greeted with pomp by agent provocateurs hired by spin doctors inside the football stadium in Mbabane where Swaziland was celebrating its 40th independence. The party also marked Mswati’s 40 birthday.

The rousing welcome was hyped by the official press here, which misconstrues it as ubiquitous support for Matibili and his insane policies.

Tsvangirai was invited to the event, but could not attend because of other commitments, MDC spokesman Nelson Chamisa said.

Mugabe and Mswati are tight connections and are jointly condemned to the league of African rogue leaders.

Matibili feasted his eyes on bare-breasted young virgins parading in the football stadium. His eyes were firmly transfixed on the proceedings.

There is evidence of Matibili's appetite for young, plum women, including his steamy extramarital affairs with the likes of his present wife, Grace, who he dated while his first wife, Sally was on her death bed.

Matibili is rumoured to also have had an illicit relationship with Oppah Muchinguri as well.
His contemporary in the bush war that led to Zimbabwe's independence in 1980, Edgar Tekere clearly outlined Matibili's love for women in his book A Lifetime of Struggle.

The much-loathed dictator was said to have held separate discussion with Mswati, who now chairs the influential SADC troika before returning home last night.

Mugabe flew home as the MDC was making final preparations for its historic 9th anniversary set for 11am in Gweru Sunday amid mounting apprehension on the state of power-sharing talks with Zanu (PF).

Chamisa said the party was expecting a bumper crowd at Mkoba Stadium Sunday to celebrate and commemorate events of the past 9 years.

Tsvangirai is expected to deliver the key note address on the way forward. The anniversary comes at a crucial time for the MDC, Chamisa said.

More importantly, the anniversary comes amid talks aimed at defusing tensions in the country and resolving a political and economic crisis that has left the population in the country reeling.
Chamisa said the party expected delegates from all of the MDCs 12 political provinces.
The rally has been cleared by police, he said.

The anniversary celebrations come ahead of the resumption of power-sharing talks Monday.
