HARARE – Four Zimbabwe National Students Union (Zinasu) members are set to appear in court today following their arrest on Wednesday.
The four students, Pritchard Paradzayi, Glen Magaya, Falon Dunga and Allan Chipoyi were arrested and charged with disorderly conduct in a public place.
They were arrested while protesting against the arrest of fellow student leaders, including Takudzwa Ngadziore, Makomborero Haruzivishe and Tapiwanashe Chiriga.
Meanwhile yesterday, Chiriga was granted Z$5000 bail while Ngadziore was denied on the basis that he is not a proper candidate for bail.
The students are being represented by lawyers from the Zimbabwe Lawyers For Human Rights (ZLHR).
