HARARE – A High Court Judge today adjourned the case of Zimbabwe Students Union (Zinasu) president, Takudzwa Ngadziore to Thursday after reports his papers are not yet ready.
His lawyers are appealing his placement on remand until 5 October where his case is going to be heard.

Ngadziore was denied bail by Harare Magistrate Judith Taruvinga citing that he (Ngadziore) is a threat to public safety and has the propensity to continue committing the same offence.
This was after the students union leader addressed journalists 101 meters from Impala Car Rental and goons attacked him.
The court had ordered that he should not be found anywhere within the 100 meter vicinity of the rental company after his initial arrest while protesting against Impala Car Rental.
Impala car rental has been implicated in the abduction of Tawanda Muchehiwa after it emerged one of the cars used in the abduction belonged to the rental company.
