The identified areas include Mbare Musika terminus exit, Farmer market and Mutare rank among others.
EMA’s publicity officer, Batsirai Sibanda said the environmental agency had taken advantage of the lockdown to assess the situation in the capital.
“We have taken advantage of the Covid-19 Lockdown to assess the current environmental situation in the Capital City of Harare and we observed that Mbare is dotted with illegal dumps. In this regard, on February 2, we served the City of Harare with the Order,” said Sibanda.
