ZIMBABWE – International real estate group Fine Country on Friday announced it has opened an office in Harare, Zimbabwe.
In a statement, the agency said it hopes to bring a fresh approach to the property market in Harare.
The real estate’s new office is located in Borrowdale, a wealthy residential suburb in the north of Harare. CEO and licensee of Fine Country Zimbabwe, Karen Nyenga, said the property group had assembled together a well-trained and influential team that is knowledgeable on local, regional and international trends.
“We also have the desire to achieve and exceed our individual personal goals. Most importantly, we love what we do. The passion is genuine,” Nyenga said.
Fine Country, a global real estate brand with more than 300 offices internationally, specialises in providing premium property service through marketing in the upper quartile of the market.
Nyenga said Zimbabwe is still a very good country to invest in, or own, property.
“A lack of solid players means business is more or less guaranteed in this industry for the next 60 or so years.”
Linda Erasmus, CEO of Fine Country sub-Saharan Africa, said the group was very upbeat about the new addition to their business and look forward to establishing themselves in Zimbabwe.
