HARARE – University of Zimbabwe student Allan Moyo will remain in custody following the dismissal of his bail appeal by High Court judge Justice Davison Foroma today.
Moyo (23) was arrested on 7 December last year on allegations of inciting the public to commit violence after he called on to revolt against President Emmerson Mnangagwa’s government.
The State alleges that on the 3rd of July 2020, Moyo incited some commuters at Copacabana bus terminus by telling them to revolt against the current government because it had failed the country.
