MALAWI – The Malawi Ministry of Foreign Affairs on Sunday issued a statement informing the public that President Lazarus McCarthy Chakwera will be visiting Zimbabwe on a two day official visit to Zimbabwe.
He will be coming to Zimbabwe on the 30 September 2020.
“Full details of His Excellency Dr. Lazarus McCarthy Chakwera’s Official Visit to Zimbabwe will be announced later,” read part of the statement.
Chakwera defeated Peter Mutharika after forging an alliance with Saulos Chilima.
He won after the Courts nullified the 2019 General elections citing massive irregularities.
Chakwera was sworn in on the 28th of June 2020.
