ZIMBABWE – A Waterfalls man has been arrested for stealing and destroying a vendor’s flowers worth US$80.
Privilege Mugoromi, 20, pleaded not guilty when he appeared before Mbare magistrate Bianca Makwande charged with theft.
Mugoromi will be back in court today for trial.
It is alleged that on October 3, Lazarus Mukurumani, 48, was selling his flowers at Mbudzi round about.
It is said that it was around 10pm when Mugoromi came with a convoy of cars and took 6 baskets of artificial flowers from Mukurumani’s vending table without consent.
