HARARE – Takudzwa Ngadziore, who is facing charges of “participating in a public gathering with intent to promote public violence” has been remanded to 1 December, when he will be advised of his trial date.
The said charges arose after Ngadziore was arrested while protesting against Impala Car Rental when it emerged that one of their vehicles was used in the abduction and torture of Tawanda Muchehiwa.
Ngadziore’s appearance in court was initially delayed after his lawyer, Webster Jiti was advised that his record of proceedings could not be located.
