ZIMBABWE – A Glenview 1 woman has dragged his brother to court on allegations of assaulting her over their late parents’ house.
Prince Chikwiro, 22, pleaded not guilty when he appeared before Mbare magistrate Bianca Makwande charged with assault.
Prince will be back in court on November 23 for judgment.
It is alleged that on October 11, Precious met Prince along a local road in Glen View and he asked her why she had deprived him his inheritance by living in their parents’ house.
Precious is said to have told him that the house belonged to her since her husband had contributed most of the money used to build the house.
Prince is said to have turned violent after precious responded to his question.
It is alleged that Prince punched and floored Precious.
Precious then lodged a complaint with the police leading to Prince’s arrest.
