MDC Alliance Vice Chairperson and Zengeza West MP, Job Sikhala will remain in prison after Magistrate Ncube today dismissed his application challenging refusal of remand.
Magistrate Ncube said the State had managed to prove that there is reasonable suspicion that Hon. Sikhala had committed an offence.
The Magistrate further ordered that Sikhala be allowed access to medication, water, beverages and food which it is alleged he was being denied.
MDC Alliance President, Nelson Chamisa was present in court today in solidarity with the incarcerated MDC Alliance Vice Chairperson.
